The Final International Conference on 5th July, showcased the work of the CASYE project and partnership.
The event brought together participants from across Europe and provided an opportunity for sharing success stories and networking across the Creative and Cultural industries.
The event allowed us to inform young people of gender stereotypes in the creative arts; showcase our mentoring framework and handbook for any aspiring entrepreneurs in the creative and cultural arts sector (which is available in English, French, Italian and Spanish); Discuss about gender stereotypes and entrepreneurship in the creative sector; and network with likeminded individuals.
The Conference was led by Claire Bonham, Director of IARS and project’s coordinator and it was attended by 40 participants. Key figures including the partners, members of the YAB, external consultants, educators and mentors in the Creative and cultural industries were able to share their experience with the project and the benefits that this brings to the target audience.

At the end, participants were asked to complete a survey:
Over 95% of participants Strongly agreed that this conference met its aims and objectives and that the conference topic was of interest to them
100% participants strongly agree that participation and interaction were encouraged and that the topics covered were relevant to them
87% participants agreed that the content was organised and easy to follow and that theyI found the content really useful
When participants were asked about what they enjoyed the most about the conference, the majority said that the mentoring program and the interactivity of the conference were the most interesting, enjoyable and useful parts of the conference.
